Bella lives on Oakcrest Neighborhood at Valley Memorial Home located in Grand Forks N.D. Bella warms the hearts of many as she makes her rounds visiting residents, family and staff. Like family everyone that lives, works or visits here at Oakcrest Neighborhood takes part in making sure Bella is well taken care of.
